Well, I got a new iMac and it lets me do all kinds of things like web pages and all that, so i thought it was time to go ahead and update the site. don’t know how well it will work and i don’t know how often i will be in here, but with this program it might be easier.

So, what has happened since I last updated? Well, a lot. i finished teaching my first year at Augustana and will be back there again next year. I finished the third draft of my novel The Fourteenth Colony and am in the process of figuring out what to do with it next. And, the best news of all, an interview I did with my good friend Chris Offutt is out right now in the pages of Yemassee. They will also be publishing my story “Demonstration” in their next issue. Fun stuff.

What’s next? Well, I have a few writing projects going that I am working on and I am bound and determined to finish the record that I have been working on for longer than I care to think about. When I get the chance I  will post some links.
